EGAD50000002361	This dataset contains joint single-cell whole-genome sequencing (scWGS) and mRNA sequencing data generated using DNTR-seq from 4 high-grade serous ovarian cancer samples. Approximately 500 quality-controlled single cells per patient were profiled, with DNA and RNA libraries sequenced separately but derived from the same individual cells.
