Stimulation of healthy donor NK cells with IL-15, TGF-β, and tumor cells for 6 days to induce a taNK phenotype.

To generate sufficient number of taNK cells for functional assays, we established an in vitro model mimicking the taNK phenotype. Bulk RNA sequencing validated the phenotype by comparing CD103⁺CD49a⁺ (ta)NK cells to CD103⁻CD49a⁻ non-taNK cells.
