Bulk RNA sequencing validating an in vitro model mimicking the taNK phenotype.

In order to obtain a sufficient amount of taNK cells for functional assays, we established an in vitro model to mimic the phenotype of taNK cells. BulkRNA sequencing was performed in order to validate the obtained phenotype comparing in vitro-generated CD103+CD49a+ (ta)NK cells with CD103-CD49a- non-taNK cells.
