Morphological and gene expression changes in SCA1 cerebral organoids suggest neurodevelopmental disease characteristics

Cerebral organoids were generated from controls, individuals with SCA1 and gene-edited SCA1 hiPS cells. At day 31 and day 60, RNA sequencing was performed showing differential of several genes involved in neural development.
