This study investigates neurodevelopmental mechanisms associated with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) using single-cell RNA sequencing of human iPSC-derived cerebral organoids from pediatric ADHD patients and matched healthy controls. The dataset includes transcriptomic profiles generated using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform and Illumina NovaSeq sequencing.
