Single-cell RNA sequencing alignment files from ADHD and control cerebral organoids

This dataset contains processed single-cell RNA sequencing alignment files (BAM and BAI) generated from eight iPSC-derived cerebral organoid samples obtained from four pediatric ADHD patients and four matched healthy controls. Single-cell transcriptomic profiling was performed using the 10x Genomics Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3' v3.1 workflow, and libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 instrument. Read alignment, barcode processing, and gene quantification were performed using Cell Ranger with the GRCh38 human reference genome. The dataset additionally includes metadata and processed analysis objects supporting downstream transcriptomic analyses.

Single-Cell NSC Policy – ADHD and Control iPSC Study

Data generated from this study may only be accessed by qualified researchers for use in ethically approved projects related to neurodevelopmental disorders or related biomedical research. All users must sign a Data Access Agreement (DAA) that outlines obligations including data confidentiality, secure storage, non-identifiability, and use restrictions aligned with participant consent. Data must not be used for commercial purposes or shared with unauthorized parties. Re-identification attempts are strictly prohibited. Requests will be reviewed by the Data Access Committee for compliance with ethical, legal, and institutional guidelines.
