Single-cell RNA sequencing of human infant gut

This submission contains metadata for the study "Single-cell RNA sequencing of the human infant gut". The dataset comprises single-cell RNA sequencing data generated from sorted γδ T cells isolated from infant gut samples. Two samples, one from the colon and one from the small intestine, were sequenced using an Illumina platform with the aim to characterize gene expression profiles of γδ T cells during early human development.
