Single-cell RNA sequencing of γδ T cells from the human infant gut

This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing data from two human infant gut samples, including one small intestine and one colon sample. The data were generated from sorted γδ T cells isolated from lamina propria tissues. Libraries were prepared using the 10x Genomics Chromium Next GEM Single Cell platform and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 instrument. The dataset consists of paired-end FASTQ files corresponding to each sample.

Access to this dataset is restricted to users approved by the Data Access Committee (DAC) and subject to the signing of a Data Access Agreement (DAA). Approved research groups may access and use the data solely for the purposes defined in the approved application and must comply with all security, confidentiality, and usage requirements set out in the DAA. Unauthorized data sharing, attempts to re-identify individuals, or use of the data beyond the approved scope are strictly prohibited. Data must be stored in secure environments and must be deleted upon completion of the approved project or upon expiration of access. Failure to comply with this policy or the terms of the DAA may result in immediate revocation of access and further actions as appropriate.
