Phenomic and multiomic characterisation of microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer reveals novel biology and targets of vulnerability (COLOSSUS project): snRNASeq cohort

This dataset contains single-nuclei RNA-sequencing (n = 18) samples. Primary tumour samples were obtained from a) colorectal cancer patients with stage 2 / 3 disease and b) colorectal cancer patients who developed metastatic colorectal cancer (stage 4), for whom tissue from the primary tumour was available.
