Bladder cancer genomic sequencing data from exclusive waterpipe tobacco smokers - AUBMC cohort
Raw sequencing data from 13 bladder cancer patients at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC, Lebanon) with exclusive waterpipe tobacco use, profiled by MSK-IMPACT® targeted sequencing and whole-exome sequencing (TEMPO pipeline). Data were generated as part of a cross-sectional genomic study comparing bladder cancer in waterpipe smokers, cigarette smokers, and never-smokers to characterize mutational signatures, tumor mutational burden, and oncogenic pathways.
