DAC to obtain datasets submitted by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - Washington University Pediatric Cancer Genome Project
Learn more about the PCGP, disease types, publications, the PCGP Data Access Committee, and instructions to access data via EGA: https://pecan.stjude.cloud/permalink/pcgp Complete the attached Data Access Agreement (DAA), adhering to the following guidance, and return it to pcgpdaccoordinator@stjude.org: - Requests must be made for individual datasets (EGAD ID), not full studies (EGAS ID). - A separate DAA must be submitted for each dataset AND all original pages must be included. - The first listed applicant should be the Principal Investigator, Head of Department, or Department Chair leading the project. This should not be a staff scientist or postdoctoral researcher. - The email address used to access the dataset(s) must be a work-related email, not a personal email. - The signature of the “Institutional or Administrative Authority” must be an individual with the authority to sign documents on behalf of the requesting institution. This individual is known as the Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) and is typically someone in the requesting institution's legal department or grants office. Heads/Chairs of Departments cannot sign as the Institutional or Administrative Authority. - Not adhering to these policies will delay your application. Once we receive your completed application, the DAC review typically takes approximately 15-20 business days. - If we do not receive a completed DAA from you within 90 days, we will consider this application closed and reject your request in the EGA portal. You may resubmit later as needed.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
