Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma

Whole genome sequencing data for 25 adenoid cystic carcinoma samples. The samples were used for Illumina TruSeq library construction and were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 2000. The PE fastq files are provided.

CancerSEEK Data Access Policy

This policy refers to the dataset EGAD00001003931 which has been submitted to the European Genome Archive (EGA) for the restricted access by legitimate academic institutions that have agreed to comply with the terms of a Data Access Agreement drafted by the Data Access Committee (DAC).
