Mucoepidermoid carcinoma- normals

Whole exome sequencing data for 18 mucoepidermoid carcinoma samples. The samples were used for Illumina TruSeq library construction and captured using Agilent V4 exome panel. The PE fastq files are provided.

General data access policy by the Ludwig Center at Johns Hopkins

This document refers to the dataset which has been submitted to the European Genome Archive (EGA) for the restricted access by legitimate academic institutions that have agreed to comply with the terms of a Data Access Agreement drafted by the Data Access Committee. There are a number of steps that a researcher must take to obtain access to these data and the process is overseen by the Ludwig JHMI Committee headed by Dr. Ken Kinzler(kinzlke@jhmi.edu).

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
