Methylation and nucleosome occupancy studies on cell-free DNA using enzymatic cytosine conversion
Raw sequencing data (PE, fastq.gz) from NovaSeq 6000 sequencing runs of: 1. Blood-derived cell-free DNA from six healthy controls, enzymatic cytosine conversion (between 1 and 3 replicates each) 2. Urine-derived cell-free DNA from three healthy controls, enzymatic cytosine conversion (between 1 and 3 replicates each) 3. Blood-derived cell-free DNA from six patients with acute or chronic kidney disease with/without other relevant organ dysfunction, enzymatic cytosine conversion (between 1 and 3 replicates each) 4. Urine-derived cell-free DNA from three patients with acute kidney disease, enzymatic cytosine conversion (between 1 and 3 replicates each) 5. Blood-derived cell-free DNA from three healthy controls, bisulfite cytosine conversion (single datasets) 6. Conventional whole-genome sequencing on genomic DNA of two healthy kidney donors for two of the studied patients (single datasets).

In the interest of our research participants, the datasets deposited in EGA by the Cologne Rare Kidney Diseases Research Group can only be shared after an application for access has been approved by our Data Access Committee. In order to gain data access approval, researchers must agree to keep the requested data secure and use it only for the approved purposes. A scientific abstract providing a brief (approx. 500-word) overview of the research to be carried out, including the proposed uses of the data requested. A list of references to other works by the applicant in the relevant research field, if applicable. A letter of ethics approval for the proposed research project. A detailed description of the data security safeguards and access controls under which any and all requested data will be stored at the applicant's institution.
