Single Cell DNA amplicon sequencing of 12 B-ALL patients (at diagnosis and during treatment)
This dataset contains single cell DNA amplicon sequencing of 12 B-ALL patients. For all patients a diagnosis sample was processed, while 4 patients were also followed up during treatment, summing up to a total of 23 samples. Mutations were called in the predefined set of amplicons.

VIB Policy for Data Access and Data Transfer
Applicability This policy applies to the access to and transfer of VIB research datasets that contain non-anonymous Personal Data which are subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Access/transfer conditions - The access/transfer is subject to approval by the VIB Data Access Committee. - The proposed research purpose should not be incompatible with the primary research purpose for which the data were originally generated. - The Recipient shall have in place adequate safeguards for the protection of Personal Data. - Access is subject to a Data Transfer/Access Agreement which will be managed by VIB Innovation & Business. - The Data Transfer/Access will be limited to the Data that are necessary for the proposed research. Access/transfer procedure - Requests to access or obtain non-anonymous datasets should be submitted to the responsible corresponding author that has uploaded the dataset into the repository, and with a copy to dac@vib.be. - The request should contain the following information: - Name, affiliation (legal entity) and contact information of the requesting recipient party. - Reference to the specific dataset(s) for which access or transfer is requested. - Description of the research purpose for which the data will be used. - The VIB Data Access Committee takes decisions to approve access/transfer within 14 days upon receipt of the request. - Data access will be given / Data will be transferred after completion of the Data Transfer/Access Agreement.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
