Ovarian Cancer Lab, University of Oxford DATA ACCESS POLICY 1. All data access request should be addressed to the Data Access Committee (DAC). 2. The requesters should provide a one-page application specifying: a. An outline of the proposed work. b. A description of where the data will be stored and the level of security that is provided to ensure the confidentiality of the data. 3. The DAC will grant access to the data only to accredited requesters whose data usage has been approved. 4. Once the request has been approved by the DAC, a Data Access Agreement will be put in place between the University of Oxford and the requester’s institute. 5. It is the requester responsibility to ensure that: a. The data will be used only for the specified purpose and only by the requesting party. b. The data will not be shared with third parties unless clearly approved by the DAC. c.
