By submitting your request to use the data, you confirm that you agree to the provisions of the Data Transfer Agreement (see URL), including Annexes 1-4 of Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, and that you will accept and comply with them. Please note that the project description (Purpose of the Project, Annex 3) to be submitted is a prerequisite for reviewing your request. We would like to point out that access to JMU data will only be granted after the DAA has been concluded, i.e. only after approval by JMU. The JMU has the right to reject your request, especially if the purpose of the project doesn't fit with the JMU's rules or if the documents are incomplete. Please complete the DAA and sign it in all the designated places. Please return the signed pages together with the DAA by email and confirm the contents of the DAA. Please note that the DAA must be signed by your PI, supervisor, or chair holder. Once JMU has verified your identity and approved your request, we will grant access to the requested data and return the fully signed DAA to you as soon as possible.
