As the EGA is co-managed by the EMBL-EBI and CRG, files could be located in the UK and/or Spain, as indicated by their respective flags.

Alternatively, files could be located in one of the international Federated EGA nodes, as indicated next to the node's flag.

Single-cell transcriptomic and T Cell Receptor repertoire characterization of MR1-M3Ade tetramer positive cells from PBMCs of healthy donors

The dataset contains raw FASTQ files from scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq generated using the 10X Genomics chip K (PN: 1000287), combined with the Single Cell Immune Profiling kit (PN: 1000265) from MR1-M3Ade tetramer positive T cells from PBMCs of 6 healthy donors and MR1-M3Ade tetramer negative T cells from PBMCs of 5 of the same 6 donors.
