The dataset includes the RNA-seq on the 2D cell culture of primary myoblast cell lines derived from FSHD patients and healthy donors (n=3 in each condition) and on the 3D muscle bundles generated by the human iPSCs derived from healthy and FSHD-affected cells of mosaic FSHD patients (n=3 in each condition)
