RNAseq of samples from CLL patients treated with ibrutinib in vivo
The dataset contains RNA sequencing data from 22 paired samples of 11 patients before and during ibrutinib therapy (median time on therapy 2 weeks; range 1-12 weeks). The sequencing was performed in two batches.
