Alternatively, files could be located in one of the international Federated EGA nodes, as indicated next to the node's flag.

Dataset includes two scRNA-seq samples from control and irradiated organoids. Files included in the dataset are Fastq files. Sample libraries produced with Chromium X were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer.
