Transcriptomic profiles upon siCAV1 vs siControl in B cells
On day 7, B cells previously electroporated on day 5 with siControl or siCAV1 (n = 4 donors) were processed for bulk RNA-seq. RNA integrity was verified using a Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent). Libraries were prepared and sequenced at Institut Curie (Paris) on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (2 × 100 bp; ≥50 million reads/sample; ≥80% ≥Q30). Reads were quality-checked using FastQC v0.11.5
