Synthetic longitudinal breast cancer whole-genome sequencing dataset

Synthetic longitudinal breast cancer whole-genome sequencing dataset generated at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). This study contains fully simulated longitudinal whole-genome sequencing data for one synthetic female breast cancer patient. It includes one matched-normal paired-end sample generated at a nominal depth of 30× and three longitudinal tumour samples generated at a nominal depth of 60×.
