ASTEROID policy

This dataset contains genomic and immune repertoire sequencing data from participants with advanced solid cancers enrolled in the ASTEROID clinical trial. The dataset includes whole exome sequencing (WES), RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), and T-cell receptor sequencing (TCR-seq) data. Access to the dataset is controlled. Requests for access will be reviewed by the Data Access Committee (DAC). Applicants must describe the proposed research, demonstrate that the proposed use is scientifically justified and consistent with the participants' consent, and agree to the applicable Data Transfer Agreement (DTA) and any other access conditions before access is granted.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
