Expansion and cytotoxicity of mucosal T cells in enterocolitis associated with BCMA CAR-T cell therapy

Whole-genome sequencing and whole-exome sequencing libraries were prepared from genomic DNA isolated from samples collected from patients with BCMA CAR-T cell therapy-associated immune effector cell enterocolitis (IEC-EC), followed by paired-end Illumina sequencing.
