Raw single-cell RNA-seq data from differentiated human nasal epithelial and BCi airway cultures
This dataset contains single-cell RNA-sequencing data from two human airway epithelial samples: differentiated primary human nasal epithelial cell cultures and the BCi-NS1.1 immortalized airway epithelial cell line. The data were generated using Illumina sequencing technology and comprise paired-end FASTQ files (R1 and R2) for each sample, together with index-read FASTQ files (I1 and I2) for the primary nasal epithelial cell sample. The dataset was generated to characterise airway epithelial cell populations and CFTR expression. It is subject to controlled access under the associated Data Access Policy and Data Access Committee.

Data Access Policy for Single-Cell RNA Sequencing of Human Nasal Epithelial and BCi Airway Cultures
This policy governs access to controlled single-cell RNA-sequencing data generated from differentiated primary human nasal epithelial cultures obtained from a healthy donor and from the BCi-NS1.1 immortalized human airway epithelial cell line. The dataset includes raw sequencing data and associated metadata generated to characterise airway epithelial cell populations and CFTR expression. Access may be granted to bona fide researchers for health, medical, and biomedical research purposes consistent with the participants’ informed consent, applicable ethical approvals, and this policy. Requests will be assessed by the Data Access Committee on a case-by-case basis. Approved users may use the data only for the research purpose described in their approved application and must comply with the applicable Data Access Agreement. Users must not attempt to identify or re-identify research participants; link the data with other information to facilitate re-identification; distribute, transfer, or provide access to the data to unauthorised persons; or use the data for purposes outside the approved application. Access will be granted for a defined period and may be withdrawn if the Data Access Committee identifies non-compliance with this policy or the Data Access Agreement. The Data Access Committee must be notified of any material changes to the approved research purpose, personnel with access, institutional affiliation, or data-security arrangements.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
