Participant-Level ARMS-PCR Genotypes and Phenotypic Variables from 307 University Students

This dataset contains de-identified participant-level genotype and phenotype information from 307 participants in an Iranian university cohort. Genotype data for rs11584700 and rs4851266 were generated using amplification refractory mutation system polymerase chain reaction (ARMS-PCR). The tab-separated values (TSV) file contains genotype information and non-identifying demographic, socioeconomic, cognitive, and academic variables. These data support analyses of associations between candidate genetic variants, contextual factors, and academic-track selection.
