• Reproductive Health in Men and Women with Vasculitis

  The purpose of this study is to learn about reproductive health, including fertility and pregnancies, in people with vasculitis. All patients enrolled in the Vasculitis Clinical Research Consortium's Contact Registry will be invited via email to participate in this study. The Contact Registry includes people who self-identify as having one of 11 vasculities: Behçet's disease, central nervous system vasculitis, drug-induced vasculitis, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Churg-Strauss), giant cell arteritis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's), Henoch-Schoenlein purpura, Kawasaki disease, microscopic polyangiitis, polyarteritis nodosa, or Takayasu arteritis. People voluntarily enroll in this Registry with the understanding that they will receive information about clinical studies for which they might be eligible. The introductory email included basic information about the study and all of the required elements for informed consent in a brief format. Once participants agreed to participate in the study, they were directed to an online questionnaire.

• DNA Methylation Studies in CREW Cohorts (URECA and COAST)

  Children's Respiratory Environment Workgroup (CREW) is an NIH-funded project consisting of 12 individual U.S. cohorts and three scientific centers working together to identify phenotypes and causes of childhood asthma. CREW includes data from a large number of children and their families, with broad diversity in terms of ethnicity, family characteristics, neighborhoods and geographic locations. In this study, we identified differentially methylated regions from whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) in nasal epithelial cells from 39 children of European or African ancestries, and with or without allergic asthma. Study participants were from two of the CREW cohorts: the Urban Environment and Childhood Asthma (URECA) cohort and the Childhood Origins of Asthma (COAST) cohort.The URECA children are also participants of a larger genetic study, in which DNA samples are derived from blood. That data is presented in the "Whole Genome Sequencing in the Inner City Asthma Consortium (ICAC) Cohorts - phs002921" study.

  This study is part of the 'First 1,000 Days of Life and Beyond' study at the Inova Translational Medicine Institute. Whole-genome sequencing data from 1,291 parent-offspring trios was used to study the properties of clustered de novo mutations. The maternal clusters were found to be enriched in regions with accelerated maternal mutation rate and show distinct mutational signatures. • Genomic Landscape of High-Grade Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

  This project is a multi-omics study of high grade (grade 3) neuroendocrine neoplasms across diverse organs. Genomic analysis using low-pass whole genome sequencing for copy number analysis, whole exome sequencing and whole transcriptomic sequencing using RNAseq were performed. As high grade neuroendocrine neoplasms are highly lethal with a median survival of approximately 7 months, new insights are urgently needed for better prognosis, diagnosis and management. This study focuses on gene and pathway discoveries in this cancer, and includes samples from a diverse set of organs, including the lungs, gastroenteropancreatic tract, breast, prostate, head and neck and bladder. • TRACERx 100: RRBS data from a subset of the first 100 TRACERx tumours

  TRACERx (TRAcking Cancer Evolution through therapy (Rx)) is a prospective cohort study designed to investigate intratumor heterogeneity (ITH) in relation to clinical outcome, and to determine the clonal nature of driver events and evolutionary processes in early stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This study looks at multi-region RRBS data from the TRACERx100 cohort selected for quantity of material available and high tumour purity. RRBS data was collected for 122 tumour regions across 36 patients each with matched normal. A subset of this cohort was used in a sister study looking at tumour neo-antigen promoter methylation status in NSCLC (71 tumour regions across 28 patients for a total of 99 samples).

  The Munich-MI study is a case-control cohort study recruited at the German Heart Center in Munich, Germany. It is focused on understanding the genetic contributors to early myocardial-infarction (MI) in the German population. All exome sequencing was performed at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT; samples sequence capture was performed using Illumina's ICE Capture reagent and sequencing was performed on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 or 2500.
