  This dataset is the immune profiling of the trial patients. Cryopreserved PBMCs obtained from the patients at different time points were processed to single-cell transcriptomic or TCR libraries using 10x next GEM single Cell 5' v2 kit. We also performed whole exome sequencing (WES) of the tumor to identify the mutation burden. The WES data was generated by sequencing company Novogene. There are total of 69 of single cell libraires, 69 of single cell TCR libraries, and 13 of tumor WES data being generated from 18 trial patients recruited at University of Florida.

Available Data The ROC Cardiac Epistry version 3 include all cardiac arrest cases entered into the ROC database from April 1, 2011 to June 30, 2015. The Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium (ROC) was established in 2004 to conduct clinical research in the areas of cardiopulmonary arrest and life-threatening traumatic injury with the overall goal of improving resuscitation outcomes. Participant and care characteristics can predict favorable outcomes in cardiac arrests, but there is still a wide variation in outcomes that is not well understood. EMS factors such as service level, number of responding providers, use of procedures or drugs in the field, training, quality assurance/feedback, and response time intervals also vary significantly by region. Variations in geographic, socioeconomic and periodic factors may also be associated with differences in outcomes. Prior to ROC Cardiac Epistry, there were no North American population-based registries for out-of-hospital cardiac arrests. Therefore there was a need for standardized data collection of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests in diverse geographic locations in order to identify the independent effects of prognostic or treatment factors accounting for variations in survival. Participants There were 120,306 participants. Design ROC Epistry collected standardized data regarding episode-specific factors, participant demographics, clinical information, pre-hospital interventions and disposition, hospital information, and participant outcome for all out-of-hospital cardiac arrests in the ROC regions. Each ROC site had to ensure capture of all eligible cases within the EMS service areas. Out-of-hospital data were extracted from existing databases whenever possible and augmented with targeted review of EMS reports. Hospital data were abstracted directly from the hospital file in most cases. Alternative methods included linkage to death registries and obituaries if the death occurred within 30 days. Sites submitted data using a web-based interface or batch uploads. Participants were not contacted directly.

  This is a two-stage case-control study designed to evaluate the association between common genetic variants and the risk of lung cancer. • National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Heart Healthy Lenoir (HHL) Genomics Study

  The HHL genomics study uses a systems approach to develop models integrating clinical and genomic data. Previously we developed and tested an approach known as the SAMARA (Supporting A Multidisciplinary Approach to Research in Atherosclerosis) project that applied recent advances in biomedical and computational sciences at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to develop a deeper understanding of human cardiovascular disease (CVD). The Heart-Healthy Lenoir Project expands these studies into the community, using this methodology to: 1) determine the prevalence of genomic risk signatures in high-risk community populations using genome-wide Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) analysis; 2) develop novel genomic models incorporating high-risk features in this population; and 3) determine whether genomic signatures can be used to predict responsiveness to interventions that underlie CVD disparities. DNA was obtained from participants enrolled in two of the HHL clinical trials, 1) Improving Care for Patients With High Blood Pressure (NCT01425515) or 2) Heart-Healthy Lenoir Lifestyle Study (NCT01433484). • Longitudinal genome-wide analysis of progressive chronic lymphocytic leukemia under uniform front-line therapy of pentostatin, cyclophosphamide, and rituximab

  Samples from two-center prospective phase 2 clinical trail conducted at Ohio State University (Columbus, OH) and Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) were analyzed in 12 cases. All patients had progressive CLL as defined by National Cancer Institute (NCI) Working Group criteria. Patients provided written informed consent for correlative studies according to the Declaration of Helsinki on an institutional review board approved protocol for the collection and use of samples for research purposes from both participating institutions. Eligible patients received a regimen consisting of pentostatin (2 mg/m2), cyclophosphamide (600 mg/m2), and rituximab (375 mg/m2) provided intravenously on day 1 of a 21-day cycle for a maximum of 6 cycles. Responses were assessed by NCI Working Group criteria and included a bone marrow evaluation and two-color flow cytometry 2 months after completion of therapy. Peripheral blood samples from these patients collected longitudinally before (Pre-Baseline), at (Baseline) and after therapy (Relapse) were analyzed for genomic heterogeneity and clonal complexity by high throughput Exome sequencing.

• The Northern Manhattan Family Study - a Sub-Study of the Epidemiologic Study of Stroke Outcome in 3 Ethnic Groups: The Northern Manhattan Study

  The Northern Manhattan Family Study is a sub-study of the Northern Manhattan Study (NOMAS), a population-based cohort study investigating stroke and stroke risk factors among individuals from three ethnic groups residing in northern Manhattan. The overall goal for the Northern Manhattan Family Study was to determine the genetic factors associated with stroke precursor phenotypes. A subset of Caribbean Hispanic probands from the NOMAS Study were selected for inclusion in the family study. Selected probands were at high risk for cardiovascular disease, defined as either 1. Having a sibling with a history of myocardial infarction or stroke, or 2. Having two of the following three risk phenotypes above the 75th percentile in NOMAS; maximal carotid plaque thickness, left ventricular mass or homocysteine level. Probands for the family study were enrolled in northern Manhattan and family members were enrolled at two locations: New York at Columbia University and in the Dominican Republic (DR) at the Clinicas Corazones Unidos in Santo Domingo. A subset of Caribbean Hispanic NOMAS participants were included as a replication sample.

• Juvenile Sjogren's Syndrome (JSS) Transcriptome Study

  Sjögren's disease (SjD) is a systemic autoimmune disorder with major clinical manifestations of dryness in the eyes and mouth, fatigue, and joint pain. Our interdisciplinary experts in SjD at the University of Florida newly discovered and established a cohort of SjD in children. Many of these patients with childhood SjD (cSjD) demonstrated a prominent feature of recurrent parotitis (RP). To understand the immunopathogenesis of childhood SjD (cSjD) for the first time in the field, we profiled the transcriptome of five groups of four PBMC samples by unbiased, high-throughput single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq): cSjD (n=4), non-cSjD (n=4), biopsy-positive non-cSjD (BP, n=4), biopsy-positive non-cSjD with RP (BPRP, n=4), and healthy controls (HC, n=4). • PETAL Repository of Electronic Data COVID-19 Observational Study (RED CORAL)

  To describe characteristics, treatment, and outcomes among patients hospitalized with COVID-19 early in the pandemic, 1480 consecutive adult inpatients with laboratory-confirmed, symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection admitted to 57 US hospitals from March 1 to April 1, 2020 were studied.It was found that in a geographically diverse early-pandemic COVID-19 cohort with complete hospital folllow-up, hospital mortality was associated with older age, comorbidity burden, and male sex. Intensive care unit admissions occurred early and were associated with protracted hospital stays. Survivors often required new health care services or respiratory support at discharge.The PETAL Network central institutional review board at Vanderbilt University and the institutional review boards at each participating hospital approved the study or determined that the study was exempt from review.
