  Tregs were sorted as CD4+CD25+CD127- cells from peripheral blood of 14 healthy individuals, 8 patients with mild/severe rheumatoid arthritis, 1 patient with systemic lupus erythematosus/rheumatoid arthritis, 2 patients with ulcerative colitis and 2 patients with Chrohn's disease.   Human organoids recapitulating the cell-type diversity and function of their target organ are valuable for basic and translational research. We developed light-sensitive human retinal organoids with multiple nuclear and synaptic layers, and functional synapses. We sequenced the RNA of 285,441 single cells from these organoids at seven developmental time points and from the periphery, fovea, pigment epithelium and choroid of light-responsive adult human retinas.

• scRNA-seq of relapsed/refractory multipe myeloma with 10x Chromium (3´ v2)

  This dataset includes 87 scRNA-seq samples of bone marrow aspirates of 20 relapsed/refractory patients generated with the 3´(v2) kit of the 10x Chromium platform. Bone marrow cells have been sorted using CD138 +/- fractions using magnetic beads for plasma cell enrichment and processed independently. For 14/20 patients multiple treatment timepoints are available that includes samples before treatment and at relapse during treatment.
