Molecular profiles suggest that prediction of outcomes with VEGF inhibitors and immunotherapy may be possible in mRCC, and bevacizumab may overcome myeloid inflammation-associated atezolizumab resistance.

Our approach, termed CASO (Comprehensive Axial Spinal Organoids), also incorporates endothelial networks and skeletal muscle to improve organoid complexity and health, offering a novel method to study spMN axial specification and model neurodegenerative diseases.
