This study seeks to combine genome-wide genetic and epigenetic datasets to better understand mechanisms of oncogene dysregulation across distinct lymphoma types.

In this study, we establish a protocol to utilize irrigation fluid from TMJ arthrocentesis to perform single-cell RNA sequencing on cells contained in TMJ synovial fluid.
