• Cell of Origin and Early Evolution of Leukemia in Down Syndrome

  To investigate the mechanism by which GATA1s and STAG2 deficiency contribute to Down Syndrome leukemogenesis, specifically within the propagating CD34/CD117 cell fractions from primary xenografts, we carried out transcriptional and epigenetic profiling by RNAseq and ATACseq. The chromatin accessibility landscape was compared to bulk ATACseq of individually sorted N-FL HSPC subpopulations. To investigate the mechanism underlying the synergy between T21 and GATA1s in driving preleukemia development, we analyzed the binding occupancy of GATA1. We performed Cut&Run assays to profile genome-wide GATA1 binding sites and also to quantify binding changes upon GATA1s editing in N-FL and T21-FL CD34+ enriched HSPCs. • Evaluating gene expression in aggressive B-cell lymphoma using a quantitative nuclease protection assay

  Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), comprising 25-30% of all NHL in developed countries with an annual incidence in the USA of 7 cases/100000 persons/year. Collectively, DLBCL is classified based on a common morphological appearance of diffuse growth of large transformed B-cells, immunophenotype, high proliferation rate and aggressive behaviour. Despite these similarities, DLBCLs are a heterogeneous collection of malignancies with distinct clinical and molecular characteristics that do not always correlate with immunohistological features. • Genomic characterisation of SDH deficient renal cell carcinoma - WGS

  SDH deficient renal cell carcinomas are a rare and recently defined subtype of kidney cancer, often associated with an inherited mutation in one of the SDH gene subunits. This dataset sought to understand the genomic events that underpin tumour formation, from putative cell of origin, characterisation of the tumour microenvironment, to the genomic evolution of these rare tumours. We performed whole genome and RNA sequencing of 4 patients with SDH deficient renal cell carcinomas, including one patient who had an additional paraganglioma. • A non-canonical lymphoblast in refractory childhood T cell leukaemia

  Refractory cancers may arise either through the acquisition of resistance mechanisms by cancer cells or represent distinct diseases. The origin of childhood T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (T-ALL) that does not respond to initial treatment, i.e. refractory disease, is unknown. Refractory T-ALL carries a poor prognosis and cannot be predicted at diagnosis. Here, we performed single cell mRNA sequencing of T-ALL from children who did or did not respond to initial treatment. We identified a transcriptionally distinctive blast population, exhibiting features of innate-like lymphocytes, as the major source of refractory disease. Evidence of such blasts at diagnosis heralded refractory disease across independent datasets and was associated with survival in a large, contemporary trial cohort. Our findings portray refractory T-ALL as a distinct disease. They may have immediate clinical utility.

• Genomic Changes in Breast Cancer Among Chinese Women in Hong Kong

  Recently, tumor sequencing and profiling analyses have improved molecular classification and refined existing breast cancer subtypes. However, epidemiologic data are absent in most somatic profiling studies even in extensively studied Western populations. The expansion of genomic studies to understudied populations with the integration of etiologic factors will allow the capture of a much wider range of genetic structure and mutagenic exposures associated with breast cancer risk. We therefore conducted a detailed molecular characterization of paired breast tumor/normal tissues using fresh frozen tissues collected from breast cancer cases in an ongoing breast cancer case-control study in Hong Kong. These analyses included whole genome (WGS)/exome sequencing (WES), targeted DNA panel sequencing, RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq), and genome-wide methylation profiling analyses.

• California Pacific Medical Center Research Breast Health Cohort

  Description of Cohort: The California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) Breast Health Cohort is a cohort study based at CPMC and is linked to the San Francisco Mammography Registry, one of the sites of the NCI-funded Breast Cancer Screening Consortium (U01CA063740). CPMC is a community hospital in San Francisco, which has one of the highest volumes for mammography in San Francisco. Between September 2004 and June 2007, >90,000 mammograms were performed at CPMC. The CPMC breast health cohort collects demographic and risk factor data on women receiving mammography through participation in the San Francisco Mammography Registry, as part of the Breast Cancer Screening Consortium (U01CA063740). The SFMR database collects information from all sources, including a questionnaire on demographic and risk factor information, the clinical results of the breast examination, the measures of breast density by Dr. John Shepherd and the women who agreed to donate a blood sample. By merging these various sources of information we have very efficiently developed a large sample of women who have donated blood and have had a measure of mamographic density. Blood Collection: Dr. Steve Cummings is leading an effort to collect and archive blood samples from women who are receiving mammography screening. All women who are sent for a screening mammogram at CPMC are considered eligible. Since the cohort began collecting blood samples in July 2004 until June 2007, samples have been collected from over 11,000 women. Measurement of Breast Density: Dr. John Shepherd is currently measuring breast density in a large fraction of the cohort using an automated approach with single X-ray absorptiometry. Dr. Shepherd has established a link with the CPMC mammography center that allows him to collect routine digital mammography information. Using the data from the mammogram, Dr. Shepherd and his group have developed the single X-ray absorptiometry (SXA) technique for measuring density which is described in more detail below. The table demonstrates the distribution of demographic variables and some breast cancer risk factors of women who donated blood and had a breast density measurement in the CPMC breast health cohort. Nearly 80% of the participants are Caucasian and most of the women are post-menopausal with a median age of ~52. Since it will be difficult to accrue a large enough sample from each ethnic group, our study will focus only on Caucasian women. SXA measurement of breast density is done on approximately 30% of all screening mammograms. Below we describe the method for measurement of breast density by SXA by Dr. Shepherd's group and its validation and association with breast cancer. As we demonstrate below, breast density, as measured by SXA, is an automated, highly reproducible measure of the density of breast tissue and is associated with breast cancer risk. SXA for Quantifying Breast Density: Single x-ray absorptiometry (SXA) was initially developed for measuring bone density. SXA can determine the fraction of each of two densities simultaneously using the fact the sample is a constant thickness, the thickness in known, and the total attenuation is known. In applying this technique to breast density, we assume a two compartment model: fat and non-fatty (fibroglandular tissue). We use a reference material composed of various concentrations of two materials: one which is the same density as fat and another which is the same density as fibroglandular tissue. The reference material (phantom) is placed in the X-ray field with each mammogram. We have been able to implement this in a way that is unintrusive to the patient and technologist at CPMC. Assuming this two-compartment model and a constant known breast thickness, we can then calculate the percent density at any region of the breast based on the assumption that % pixel grey-scale is proportion to the mass fractions of breast fat and lean tissue. If reference materials (a phantom) of fat and fibroglandular tissue are imaged with the patient's breast and the reference materials have the same thickness as the patient's breast, then the breast's grey-scale values can be converted to fat/fibroglandular mass fractions by interpolating between those two references. The total percent density is found by averaging the volume fraction over all breast pixels. The phantom being used for breast density assessment at CPMC began to be used in September 2004. The phantom does not have to be manipulated by the technologist and stays attached on the mammography device during standard craniocaudal (CC) views. Thus it creates minimal to no interference with the clinical mammogram. Reproducibility of breast density measures: Traditional measures of mammographic density require some human interpretation. A human reader outlines the area perceived to be dense and a computer then calculates the percent area outlined as a percent of the entire image. Thus, while traditional mammographic density is associated with breast cancer risk, it has some limitations. In a study by Drs. Shepherd, Kerlikowske, et al., the correlation coefficient (Pearson's R) between different readers was 0.8-0.9. In contrast to the traditional mammographic density measurement, the SXA measurement is fully automated and, therefore, the reproducibility of the measurement is higher. Dr. Shepherd and colleagues have performed a replication study of SXA as a measurement of breast density. They have estimated the correlation coefficient of the SXA measurement of breast density to be >0.98. Thus, as expected for an automated measure, SXA is a highly reproducible measure of mammographic breast density. Drs. Shepherd and Kerlikowske have recently analyzed the association between breast cancer risk and breast density as measured by SXA (Shepherd et al., Cancer Epi Biomarkers and Prev, 2011, PMID: 21610220). They found that women in the highest quintile of % volumetric density had an odds ratio of 4.1 (95% CI: 2.3 - 7.2) for breast cancer risk compared to women in the lowest quintile of volumetric density. Thus volumetric density appears to be a highly reproducible, automated measure of breast cancer.

• Cross-Sectional Characterization of Idiopathic Bronchiectasis

  This GDMCC protocol will study adult patients with non-CF, idiopathic bronchiectasis, whose genetic etiologies are not known. Idiopathic bronchiectasis is reportedly more common in females with certain tall, thin body types and associated with environmental organisms, such as nontuberculous mycobacterium (NTM). The other susceptibility factors predisposing to bronchiectasis or acquisition of NTM are unclear. The study will attempt to broaden the understanding of this disease by comparing gender-associated factors and NTM status. A relatively equal number of both females/males and NTM/non-NTM infected subjects will be enrolled. Approximately 300 people may be screened to find 260 eligible subjects, since a small number (e.g., 40 patients) may be diagnosed with PCD, vCF, or other known etiology as an explanation for the bronchiectasis. This single-visit protocol will use a systematic approach to characterize the physical features, radiographic patterns, and associated lower airway microbial flora. There is no natural history of disease course follow-up component to this protocol. Participants will have one outpatient clinic visit for evaluation with a physical examination including detailed body size measurements, medical history, collection of blood samples for routine lab tests and genetic analyses, and a chest X-ray if no recent one is available. Participants will also have tests of lung function, and measurement of a gas called nitric oxide in the nose. Participants whose initial tests show abnormal results may also be asked to have a nasal scrape to collect cell samples and/or a skin sweat test to measure salt concentrations. Participants will also have a sputum specimen collected during the visit and will be asked to collect two additional early morning sputum samples and a mouth rinse at home within 2 weeks of the clinic visit, and mail the sample collection materials to the research team. Careful evaluation and characterization of the physical and clinical characteristics will guide the genetic characterization of idiopathic bronchiectasis, and likely lead to an improved diagnostic approach. Identification of disease causing genes may provide new therapeutic targets.

• Research of factors related to diagnosis, progression, prognosis and treatment of hepato-biliary-pancreatic malignancies

  Advanced cancers with metastasis and/or recurrence are usually resistant and refractory to treatment. In our studies, whole exome sequencing analysis, comprehensive epigenetic analysis and genome-wide expression analysis were performed using cancerous and non-cancerous tissues derived from multicentric cohort study of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The aim of the studies is identification of the refractoriness-related deriver genes for application to novel molecular targeted therapy and preventive medicine. The studies are intended for refractory HCC. High frequency of the tumor recurrence even after curative resection is one of the major difficulties in the treatment of HCC. According to our previous studies, not the recurrence itself, but the recurrence pattern has critical effects on prognosis of the patient with HCC. Then, we analyzed the cancerous and non-cancerous tissues of primary HCC on the point of the recurrence patterns in accordance with or without Milan criteria. The materials were obtained from thirty three patients underwent curative hepatectomy for HCC at Department of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery, Tokyo Medical and Dental University Hospital. Written informed consent from these patients, as well as the institutional review board approved was obtained. The determination of the refractory HCC group (16 cases) was based on the point of the recurrence patterns in accordance with Milan criteria for the recurrent tumor (solitary <5cm, or up to 3 nodules <3 cm, without major vascular invasion or distant metastasis) that has been proposed as the useful criteria of the liver transplantation for HCC. The cellular DNA was extracted from the cancerous and non-cancerous tissues of primary HCC by the phenol-chloroform method. After SNP certification using Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 6.0 (Affymetrix), whole exome sequencing was performed at the Cancer Institute of JFCR, as the support infrastructure. Exome sequencing was performed using HiSeq 2000 (Illumina), and the obtained reads were mapped to the human reference genome (hg19) using BWA software. GATK software was used for local realignment base call recalibration. Single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and indels were analyzed by MuTect and SomaticIndelDetector, as well as visual confirmation by IGV software.

• Transcriptomic Characterization of Human Innate T Cells

  We performed low input RNA-seq and single-cell RNA-seq on 7 lymphocyte populations with the objective of finding the common transcriptional programs shared among innate T cells. In brief, we drew blood from healthy donors and isolated CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, Natural Killer cells, invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells, mucosal-associated invariant T (MAIT) cells, and two &#947;&#948; T cell populations: V&#948;1 and V&#948;2. We performed low input RNA-seq on samples with 1000 cells each, for 6 healthy individuals, in duplicate. We performed single-cell RNA-seq with DNA-barcoded hashing antibodies to identify the cell type of origin for each cell. We found a common transcriptional program across lymphocytes that is gradually turned on as lymphocytes have a more "innateness" state, promoting effector functions and sacrificing proliferative capacity. Additionally, we performed low input RNA-seq for V&#948;3-expressing &#947;&#948; T cells and &#948;/&#945;&#946; T cells for one healthy individual in duplicate (1000 cells per sample). This revealed &#948;/&#945;&#946; T cells are transcriptionally more adaptive-like and V&#948;3 more innate-like.

• Genetic Analysis of Desmoplastic Melanoma

  Desmoplastic melanoma is an infrequent variant of melanoma with sarcomatous histology, distinct clinical behavior, and unknown pathogenesis. We performed low-coverage genome and high-coverage exome sequencing of 20 desmoplastic melanomas, followed by targeted sequencing of 293 genes to validate candidate genes. A high mutation burden (median 62 mutations/Mb) ranked desmoplastic melanoma among the most highly mutated cancers. Mutation patterns strongly implicate UV-radiation as the dominant mutagen, indicating a superficially located cell of origin. Novel alterations included recurrent promoter mutations of NF-kappa B inhibitor epsilon, NFKBIE (IkB&#949;) in 14.5% of samples. Commonly mutated oncogenes in melanomas, in particular BRAF(V600E) and NRAS(Q61K/R), were absent. Instead, other genetic alterations known to activate the MAPK and PI3K signaling cascades were identified in 73% of samples, affecting NF1, CBL, ERBB2, MAP2K1, MAP3K1, BRAF, EGFR, PTPN11, MET, RAC1, SOS2, NRAS, and PIK3CA, some of which being candidates for targeted therapies. • HTAN Pilot Project: Single-Cell Transcriptomics Toolbox for Fresh and Frozen Human Tumors (Lung, Breast, Ovarian, Melanoma, Neuroblastoma, Sarcoma, Glioblastoma, Glioma, and Leukemia)

  Single cell transcriptomics is a powerful tool to map the complex tumor microenvironment, providing unprecedented resolution into cell types, cell states, cell interactions, and tumor heterogeneity. Depending on their tissue site and whether processing begins from a fresh or frozen sample, different tumors require different optimizations in order to obtain high quality single cell transcriptomic data. In this study, we profiled a range of tumor types, varying in cell-of-origin, solid and non-solid forms, patient ages, and transitions. The tumors also further varied in their tissue site and in their sample collection method. To enable profiling of such diverse samples, we developed a systematic toolbox for single cell RNA-Seq and single nucleus RNA-Seq of fresh and frozen clinical tumor samples. We validated this toolbox for 216,490 cells and nuclei extracted from 39 samples across 23 tumors (some tumors were split into multiple samples). The 23 tumors represented eight unique tumor types. This toolbox comprises both experimental and computational protocols as well as guidelines for comparing and selecting protocols for the biological problem of interest.

• Ischemia Reperfusion Responses in Human Lung Transplants at the Single Cell Resolution

  Ischemia reperfusion is an unavoidable step of organ transplantation. Development of therapeutics for lung injury during transplantation has proved challenging; understanding lung injury from human data at the single cell resolution is required to accelerate the development of therapeutics. Donor lung biopsies from six human lung transplant cases were collected at the end of cold preservation and 2-hour reperfusion and underwent single cell RNA sequencing. Donor and recipient origin of cells from the reperfusion timepoint were deconvolved. Gene expression profiles were (1) compared between each donor cell type between timepoints and (2) compared between donor and recipient cells. Inflammatory responses from donor lung macrophages were found after reperfusion with upregulation of multiple cytokines and chemokines, especially IL-1 and IL-1. Significant inflammatory responses were found in alveolar epithelial cells (featured by CXCL8) and lung endothelial cells (featured by IL-6 upregulation). Different inflammatory responses were noted between donor and recipient monocytes and CD8+ T cells. The inflammatory signals and differences between donor and recipient cells observed provide insight into the cellular and molecular mechanisms of ischemia reperfusion induced lung injury. Further investigations may lead to the development of novel targeted therapeutics.

• Bacterial Artificial Chromosomes Establish Replication Timing and Sub-Nuclear Compartment De Novo as Extra-Chromosomal Vectors

  The role of DNA sequence in determining replication timing (RT) and chromatin higher order organization remains elusive. To address this question, we have developed an extra-chromosomal replication system consisting of ~200kb human bacteria artificial chromosomes (BACs) modified with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) replication origin elements (E-BACs). E-BACs were stably maintained as autonomous mini-chromosomes in both HeLa and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and established distinct RT patterns. An E-BAC harboring an early replicating chromosomal region replicated early during S phase, while E-BACs derived from RT transition regions (TTRs) and late replicating regions replicated in mid to late S phase. Analysis of E-BAC interactions with cellular chromatin (4C-seq) revealed that the early replicating E-BAC interacted broadly throughout the genome and preferentially with the early replicating compartment of the nucleus. In contrast, mid- to late-replicating E-BACs interacted with more specific late replicating chromosomal segments, some of which were shared between different E-BACs. Together, we describe a versatile system in which to study the structure and function of chromosomal segments that are stably maintained separately from the influence of cellular chromosome context.

• Genome-wide cell-free DNA fragmentation in patients with cancer

  Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in the blood provides a noninvasive diagnostic avenue for patients with cancer. However, characteristics of the origins and molecular features of cfDNA are poorly understood. We developed an approach to evaluate fragmentation patterns of cfDNA across the genome and found that cfDNA profiles of healthy individuals reflected nucleosomal patterns of white blood cells, while patients with cancer had altered fragmentation profiles. We applied this method to analyze fragmentation profiles of 236 patients with breast, colorectal, lung, ovarian, pancreatic, gastric, or bile duct cancers and 245 healthy individuals. A machine learning model incorporating genome-wide fragmentation features had sensitivities of detection ranging from 57% to &amp;gt;99% among the seven cancer types at 98% specificity, with an overall AUC of 0.94. Fragmentation profiles could be used to identify the tissue of origin of the cancers to a limited number of sites in 75% of cases. Combining our approach with mutation based cfDNA analyses detected 91% of cancer patients. The results of these analyses highlight important properties of cfDNA and provide a proof of principle approach for screening, early detection, and monitoring of human cancer.

• The proliferative history shapes the DNA methylome of B-cell tumor and predicts clinical outcome

  Here, we provide access to CLL and DLBCL DNA methylation and gene expression data in the context of a systematic analysis of the DNA methylation variability in 1,595 samples of normal cell subpopulations and 14 tumor subtypes spanning the entire human B-cell lineage. This approach showed that differential methylation among tumor entities relates to differences in cellular origin and to de novo epigenetic alterations, which allowed us to build an accurate machine learning-based diagnostic algorithm. We identify extensive patient-specific methylation variability in silenced chromatin associated with the proliferative history of normal and neoplastic B cells. Mitotic activity generally leaves both hyper- and hypomethylation imprints, but some B-cell neoplasms preferentially gain or lose DNA methylation. Subsequently, we construct a DNA methylation-based mitotic clock called epiCMIT, whose lapse magnitude represents a strong independent prognostic variable in B-cell tumors and is associated with particular driver genetic alterations. Our findings reveal DNA methylation as a holistic tracer of B-cell tumor developmental history, with implications in the differential diagnosis and prediction of clinical outcome.

• Treatment-mediated selection of lethal prostate cancer clones defined by copy number architectures

  Despite initial responses to hormone treatment, metastatic prostate cancer invariably evolves to a lethal state. To characterize the intra-patient relationships of metastases that evade treatment, we performed genome- wide copy number profiling and bespoke approaches targeting the androgen receptor (AR) on 142 metastatic regions from 10 organs harvested post-mortem from nine men who died from prostate cancer. We identified diverse and patient-unique alterations clustering around the AR in metastases from every patient with evidence of independent acquisition of related genomic changes within an individual and, in some patients, the co-existence of AR-neutral clones. Using the genomic boundaries of pan-autosome copy number change, we confirmed a common clone of origin across metastases and diagnostic biopsies; and identified in individual patients, clusters of metastases occupied by dominant clones with diverged autosomal copy number alterations. Autosome-defined clusters were characterized by cluster-specific AR gene architectures that in two index cases were topologically more congruent than by chance (p-values 0.03, 3.07x10-8). Integration with anatomical site suggested patterns of spread and points of genomic divergence. • The immunological characterization of expanded tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in renal cell carcinoma patients

  In this study, we comprehensively characterized the non-expanded and expanded tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) from treatment-naïve RCC patients, as well as the corresponding “young” TILs (pre-REP TILs) and “rapidly expanded” TILs (REP TILs) following a clinical-grade TIL production protocol. From our scRNA+TCRαβ-seq and TCRβ-seq analyses, we show that the REP protocol preferentially favors the expansion CD4+ T-cells that originate from small T-cell clones in the tumor microenvironment (TME), indicating that the large, exhausted T-cell clones in the tumor do not expand during the protocol. We further identified RCC-associated TCR motifs that were validated in multiple TCRαβ-seq and scRNA+TCRαβ-seq datasets, as well as quantified the RCC-associated TCRs from the REP protocol. Overall, the T-cells carrying the RCC-associated TCRs remained high in the tumors and corresponding pre-REP TILs, but the frequency was reduced in the REP TILs. Furthermore, the overall anti-viral TCRs remained low throughout the REP protocol. Our results provide an in-depth understanding of the origin, phenotype, and specificity of the TCRs in RCC TILs.

• H3Africa - Kidney Disease Research Network

  Chronic kidney disease (CKD) affects an estimated 14% of adults in sub-Saharan Africa but very little research has been done on the etiology, progression and prevention of CKD on the continent. As part of the Human Heredity and Health in Africa (H3A) Consortium, the H3Africa Kidney Disease Research Network was established to study prevalent forms of kidney disease in sub-Saharan Africa and increase the capacity for genetics and genomics research. The study is performing comprehensive phenotypic characterization with analysis of environmental and genetic factors from seven clinical centers in two African countries (Ghana and Nigeria) over a five-year period. Approximately 4,000 participants with specified kidney disease diagnoses and 4000 control participants will be enrolled in the four African countries. In addition, approximately 50 families with hereditary glomerular disease will be enrolled. The study includes both pediatric and adult participants ages &lt;1 to 74yrs across a broad spectrum of kidney diseases secondary to hypertension, diabetes, human immunodeficiency virus, sickle cell disease, biopsy-proven glomerular disease and CKD of unknown origin. Clinical and demographic data with biospecimens are collected for assessment of clinical, biochemical and genetic markers of kidney disease.

To access your dataset of interest on the European Genome-Phenome Archive (EGA) and determine the corresponding encryption file extension, please follow these step-by-step instructions: Utilise the search or navigation features provided on the EGA website to locate the dataset you are interested in. Once you find the dataset webpage, click on the "Files" tab, typically located on the dataset's webpage. Upon reaching the "Files" tab, you will be presented with a table containing comprehensive information about the files associated with the dataset. This table will include various columns, such as "File Name," "Size," and "Location." The "Location" column is particularly relevant for determining the encryption file extension. To identify the encryption file extension corresponding to a specific file, locate the "Location" column in the table. • Investigation of different library preparation and tissue of origin deconvolution methods for urine and plasma cfDNA methylome analysis

  In this study, a single- and a double-stranded library preparation approach was evaluated with respect to their technical biases when applied on cfDNA from plasma and urine. This study thus outlines potential limitations of double-stranded library preparation for methylation analysis of cfDNA especially for urinary cfDNA. While the double-stranded method allows jagged end analysis in addition to TOO analysis, it leads to significant methylation bias in urinary cfDNA, which single-stranded methods can overcome.

• International Multi-Center ADHD Genetics Project

  The goal of the project is to complete a 600,000 tag SNP genome-wide association scan of 958 parent-child trios from the International Multisite ADHD Genetics (IMAGE) project, in order to assess the association of SNP markers with ADHD, analyze quantitative ADHD phenotypes, complete copy number analyses, assess parent of origin effects and season of birth effects, and test for epistasis among apparently uncorrelated genes. Acquiring DNA Samples All consent forms stipulate that the samples can only be used by researchers who have been approved by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), National Institutes of Health. All consent forms, except those used at the Z&#252;rich site (N=141 subjects), explicitly indicate that the samples may be used by researchers from commercial enterprises seeking to benefit financially from the analysis of the samples.
