We also aimed to reveal the correlation between clinicopathological characteristics and lncRNA alterations. To this end, we will try to develop predictive markers of gastric cancer risk, which enables prevention and early detection of gastric cancer. • Acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children produces endogenous T-cells targeting tumor associated antigens and neoantigens in peripheral blood

  In this study we investigated the presence of endogenous T-cells recognizing private tumor-associated antigens and predicted neoantigens. To this end, HLA-I and HLA-II restricted tumor associated antigens (TAAs) and neoantigens were respectively identified and predicted from matched tumor and germline (PBMCs) in three acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients. Circulating T-cells targeting both Mass spectrometry (MS)-identified TAAs and predicted neoantigens were identified in virtually all pediatric BCP-ALL patients, extending up to two years on remission.

• Transcriptional effect of 4HTBZ on Caco-2 cells

  This study was performed to investigate the transcriptional effect of the H2S donor 4HTBZ on intestinal epithelial cells upon inflammatory stimulation. Caco-2/TC7 cells were pre-stimulated with interferon gamma (IFNG, 2.5 ng/mL) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF, 10 ng/mL), followed by treatment with 4HTBZ (50 µM) or vehicle (0.1% DMSO) for 72 hours. Total RNA was extracted using the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany), and cDNA libraries were prepared with the QuantSeq 3′ mRNA-Seq Kit (Lexogen, Inc.) and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq4000 system.

• Childhood B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia genomic and transcriptomic data

  The aim of the two studies was: 1) to genetically characterise childhood leukemia patients that lacked established cytogenetic abnormalities (termed B-other leukemia) and assess the clinical features of recurrent genetic abnormalities. 2) Assess the accuracy of whole genome sequencing as a diagnostic genetic test in childhood leukemia, relative to other traditional methods (karyotyping, FISH, MLPA) and whole transcriptome sequencing. As a result, this study includes targeted DNA-sequencing, whole genome sequencing and whole transcriptome sequencing data on childhood leukemia patients enrolled on UK clinical trials (UKALL2003 and UKALL2011).

  Aims: Malignant mesothelioma which is associated with asbestos exposure is highly aggressive and refractory to conventional therapeutic modalities.   CTNNB1 mutation is a major driver of HCC, particularly in metabolic-associated subtype. This study utilized patient-derived tumour organoids and cell lines harbouring various endogenous CTNNB1 mutations to comprehensively map the transcriptional repertoire regulated by mutant β-catenin through ChIP-seq under normal and fatty conditions. Genome-wide binding patterns of β-catenin were integrated with ChIP-seq data for histone modifications H3K27ac and H3K27me3 to assess active and repressive chromatin states. Oleic acid treatment was used to model fatty conditions.
