The pipeline was utilized to analyze RNA-seq data from ten patient-derived colorectal cancer (CRC) organoids, representing seven microsatellite stable (MSS) and three microsatellite instable (MSI) tumors. The goal was to explore the ncTSA landscape in CRC, particularly in MSS cases, which typically exhibit low tumor mutational burden and limited response to current immunotherapies. The study identified comparable ncTSA burdens across MSI and MSS tumors, suggesting new avenues for immunotherapy targeting non-canonical antigens in CRC.   The Breast Cancer Genome Guided Therapy Study (BEAUTY) is a prospective neoadjuvant clinical study enrolling 140 women with Stage I-III breast cancer.
