  We report a single-cell multi-omics atlas of GBM longitudinal specimens that represents decades of biobanking.   Comprehensive transcriptional characterization of bone marrow stromal cells by RNA sequencing was performed to determine the molecular properties/signatures of endothelium during niche formation.Here, we identify a rare subset of cells in the human fetal BM that co-express endothelial and stromal markers, including low-affinity nerve growth factor receptor (LNGFR/CD271).   Low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC) is a rare disease that occurs more frequently in younger women compared with high-grade disease. PAM50 intrinsic subtype predicted PFS differences between palbociclib + ET and capecitabine, and lower B-cell-associated gene expression predicted longer OS with palbociclib + ET vs. capecitabine. These features may help identify HR+/HER2- tumors resistant to further ET-based treatment with CDK4/6 inhibitors.
