  We developed a comprehensive bioinformatic workflow, called the PTA Analysis Toolbox (PTATO), to accurately detect single base substitutions, insertions-deletions (indels) and structural variants in PTA-based WGS data.   In this study we aimed to comprehensively characterize the genomic landscape of WM precursor conditions and identify potential biomarkers of progression to symptomatic WM by means of Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) of CD19-selected samples from 139 patients, primarily with IgM-MGUS and asymptomatic WM.
