  Exome sequencing of matched pairs of tumor / normal genomic DNA was performed from high risk localized prostate cancer or lethal, metastatic, castrate resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). However, the bulk of mutational signature analyses have been performed on fresh frozen tissues.
