By studying the circulating neoantigen-reactive T cell program, a gene-signature was derived to identify neoantigen-reactive T cells from blood samples prospectively.

To characterize the community structure and associated functional processes driving gut microbial involvement in arthritis, we investigated a total of 440 stool shotgun metagenomes comprising 275 adults diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or psoriatic arthritis, along with 165 healthy control individuals and individuals with joint pain without an underlying inflammatory cause.
