  This dataset contains RNA profiling of paired FL and tFL samples (n=11 pairs) sequenced by Illumina NextSeq500 instrument. Libraries used in this mRNA-seq dataset were prepared with QuantSeq FWD library preparation kit (Lexogen, Catalog Number: 015) with the addition of UMI module.
