  In order to perform comprehensive transcriptomics and gene fusion analyses of a cohort of BCP-LBL and extramedullary (EM) manifestations of B-ALL patients, we performed RNA sequencing of 16 tissue samples from BCP-LBL and EM B-ALL patients.
