  Samples encompass primary colorectal tumors or metastasis of 75 patients, collected by Medical Pathologists from surgically removed specimens. Tissues were embedded in optimal cutting temperature (OCT) medium, snapshot frozen in liquid nitrogen within 40 minutes of collection and preserved at -80ºC.
