As the EGA is co-managed by the EMBL-EBI and CRG, files could be located in the UK and/or Spain, as indicated by their respective flags.

Alternatively, files could be located in one of the international Federated EGA nodes, as indicated next to the node's flag.

Whole genome sequencing of primary and metastatic high risk prostate cancer.

The total of 381 samples consist of 158 primary tumour samples, 46 metastasis samples and 177 whole blood samples. All sequencing was carried out on illumina HiSeq X Ten or HiSeq 2000 systems and were mapped to hg19 using BWA. The resulting BAM files were sorted by Samtools.
