Data Access Committee for all sequencing data obtained at the Charite Berlin hospital for Paediatric Oncology
Access to the raw data is managed by the data access committee. To request access, a principal investigator (PI) needs to provide a brief description (1-2 paragraphs) of the planned research project to the data access committee. PIs that have been granted access by the data access committee may enable members of their research group to access the data but are not allowed to further distribute any of the data files.
