  COG-N-519 primary neuroblastoma cells were innoculated by subcutaneous injection into NSG mice. When tumours reached a size of 100-200mm3 miRNAs conjugated to nanoparticles were injected intratumourally every 2 days for 1 week. 24 hr after the last injection, snap frozen tumour tissue was harvested for RNA extraction and RNA-seq analysis.

  We performed RNA-seq on CD34+CD38- human cord blood (CB) cells transduced with sh_Control or sh_TBL1XR1 lentiviruses to identify differentially expressed genes. Sorted CD34+CD38- cells from 3 independent cord blood pools were transduced with lentiviruses containing BFP reporter gene. BFP+ cells were sorted 3 days post-transduction and RNA was harvested for library preparation and sequencing.

We compared the commercial Guardant360 ctDNA test to an academic sequencing approach for profiling of metastatic prostate cancer. Plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from 24 patients was sequenced with a validated, prostate cancer specific targeted research panel, and sent for simultaneous Guardant360 analysis.
