  This study examined the tissue of patients who received oral pazopanib prior to nephrectomy. Patients were consented and underwent a pre-treatment biopsy.   Participants collected a fresh stool sample immediately after defecation using a sterile Pasteur pipette and placed it in a 15 mL conical polypropylene tube.
