  RNA was extracted from FFPE human tissue samples and used to prepare RNA-seq libraries with the Illumina Stranded Total RNA Prep Ligation kit with Ribo-Zero Plus. cDNA synthesis was performed starting from 100 ng of DNA-free RNA.
