This study aimed to characterize the spatial tumor microenvironment (TME) and identify mechanisms of resistance to HER2 blockade including trastuzumab and trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in HER2+ GC, with the goal of informing novel therapeutic strategies.
