Single-cell libraries were generated using the 10x Genomics Chromium 3' protocol, producing unfragmented cDNA. Libraries were sequenced on the Oxford Nanopore Technologies PromethION platform. Basecalling was performed with Guppy (v1.6), generating a single FASTQ file per sample.
