  10 single-cell placental RNA libraries were generated using the Chromium Single Cell 3′ Reagent Kit (10X Genomics). We discriminated patients producing IL-2 and patients producing IL-5. RNA sequencing was performed for 18 patients, to identify gene profile associated with IL-2 or IL-5 production.
